This book really is one of those books you do not want to just pick up for a fun read, but one that is read for an emotional roller coaster. Ellen Hopkins just has a way of writing that can really tear you apart and leave you feeling happy after you finish one of her books, but her writing is beautiful in the way it portrays dark subjects. The girl in the picture above reminds me a lot of the main characters Kaeleigh and Raeanne. This girl sees herself in her shadow that looks identical to her, just like the twins see each part of themselves in each other. Read the book if you want to have your mind blown.
